Painting Works for New Fire Station Sonneberg East

Painting works for the new construction of a fire station in Sonneberg East, comprising a hall building and a two-story social wing with a T-shaped floor plan. The vehicle hall has a leg length of 20.40 m for four emergency vehicles, and the social wing has a leg length of 22.10 m with changing rooms, sanitary facilities, training rooms, storage, and youth fire brigade areas. The building is not basemented, features a flat roof with extensive greening and a circumferential parapet (top of parapet H = approx. 7.50 m). Walls and floor slabs are constructed from fire-resistant cross-laminated timber (120 mm and 140/160 mm respectively), the facade is a ventilated curtain facade made of aluminum composite panels, founded on a waterproof concrete slab. Execution period: 02.11.2026 to 30.12.2026. Alternative bids are only permitted in conjunction with a main bid; multiple main bids are not permitted. The award criterion is the lowest price. Installment payments and final invoicing will be according to VOB/B. Joint ventures are jointly and severally liable.
