The measure includes the partial demolition and renovation of the former monument with the establishment of gastronomy, offices, artist residences, and studios. Interior wooden doors with steel frame casings and wooden block casings will be supplied and installed, partly with fire protection requirements and suitability for damp rooms. The key quantities include 37 units of interior wooden doors with steel frame casings and 4 units of interior wooden doors with block casings. The main trade is carpentry and construction carpentry, which dominates the entire service.

Digital Consulting Platform for Social Psychiatric Services in Bavaria

Provision and operation (hosting and maintenance) of a uniform digital consulting platform as Software as a Service (SaaS) for currently 93 socio-psychiatric services (SpDi) in the Free State of Bavaria. The browser-based application must include digital communication options such as asynchronous chat, video and group video chats via WebRTC, document upload, collaborative document editing, and an appointment booking system. The scope of services also includes a test operation (beta version), the creation of a landing page, the execution of 15 on-site training sessions in Bavaria, as well as maintenance and support services. The quantity framework includes a standard of 279 consultant accesses (3 per SpDi) with the option for up to 20 additional consultant accesses with a minimum contract term from 01.09.2026 to 31.12.2028 (optionally extendable until 31.12.2030).
