Management and Construction Supervision for ERTMS/ETCS Level 2 on Railway Lines 133, 134, 91

Management and construction supervision for the installation of the ERTMS/ETCS Level 2 system on railway lines No. 133 and 134 (section Sosnowiec Jęzor – Kraków Główny) and railway line No. 91 (section Kraków Główny – Podłęże): Assuming the role of Engineer, commercial and technical management of construction contracts (No. 1-5), including settlement, monitoring, and reporting. This includes the duties of a construction supervisor according to building law, coordination of all construction contracts, environmental supervision (control of impacts on water, noise, air, soil, waste, green areas) and, if required, nature conservation supervision. Furthermore, verification of the conformity of subsystems with interoperability requirements and enforcement of the commissioning of a notified body for conformity assessment. The construction contracts cover design services (geodetic documentation, preliminary designs, design concepts, ERTMS/ETCS data bases, operational scenarios, test cases, building permit documents, executive planning, technical solutions considering TSI procedures, technical specifications, documents for ERTMS system approval, occupancy permit, geodetic as-built survey, acceptance documentation, certification and operational approvals for subsystems, and author's supervision) and construction works for adapting existing railway infrastructure in the areas of railway traffic control devices (srk), telecommunication systems, non-traction power supply system (including non-traction power lines), electrical engineering up to 1 kV, crossings and level crossings, DSAT, and removal of collisions (two-level with external and internal networks).
