Building Automation Management System for New Central Building II

Building automation management system for the new Internal Medicine Central Building (Central Building II) at Klinikum St. Georg gGmbH in Leipzig: Expansion of the existing management system for integrating technical building equipment into the existing building control system. The scope of services includes delivery, installation, expansion, and commissioning of the existing building control system (GLT) including BACnet data points and required software licenses, existing management system functions, objects, classes, and trends, floor plan graphics, system graphics, smoke extraction visualization, an operator station with full access to the management system, network connection, and AKS implementation. All components include the services described in the bill of quantities.
