Operation of the maritime transport service for the Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Port-Cros, and Le Levant) under a concession and public service delegation contract: ensuring year-round transport of passengers and goods to guarantee territorial continuity for islanders and regular users. The contract includes specific provisions for personnel as per Articles L.1224-1 et seq. of the Labor Code. The contract duration is 5 years, commencing on April 1, 2027, or from the date of notification if later.
