Mass Data Analysis Platform
Supply and setup of software for analysis, IT-supported comparison, and research of mass data from partially federated source databases and event-related imported data, particularly from digital evidence backups of the Polizei SH. The procurement includes licenses for 30 concurrent users, with an optional expansion to up to 75 concurrent users. Licenses have a term of 3 years from commissioning, with an option for three extensions of 12 months each. The software can be offered for rental or purchase and includes a productive, development, and test system for integration into the IT infrastructure of Polizei SH. The contract is based on the EVB-IT-Systemvertrag. The procedure is a classified contract; eligible participants are economic operators from EU member states, Iceland, or Norway, without subcontractors from third countries.
