Activation and Professional Integration Measure for Eligible Beneficiaries
Activation and professional integration measure: Mobilization and strengthening of the willingness to cooperate of eligible beneficiaries and their gradual integration into the labor market. Implementation is carried out according to § 16 Abs. 1 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 Abs. 1 Satz 1 SGB III and includes bringing participants to the training and labor market, identifying, reducing, or eliminating placement barriers (§ 16 Abs. 1 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 Abs. 1 S.1 Nr. 1 SGB III), placement into employment subject to social insurance contributions (§ 16 Abs. 1 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 Abs. 1 S.1 Nr. 3 SGB III), and stabilizing employment (§ 16 Abs. 1 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 Abs. 1 S.1 Nr. 5 SGB III).
