Mast construction: Establishment of a framework agreement for mast construction works with a 4-year contract period for the years 2026-2030. The service includes turnkey acquisitions of base station masts, comprising manufacturing and erection of masts, foundation work, possible construction of access roads, materials, and documentation. A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 contractors will be selected for the framework agreement. Individual mast sites will be tendered via a simplified procedure among the selected framework contractors.
