This includes obtaining all necessary legal opinions, agreements, consents, decisions, permits, and notifications. All works must be performed in accordance with the Specification of Tender Conditions (SWZ) and its appendices, including the Functional and Utility Program (PFU), and the "Standards in the distribution network of Enea Operator sp. z o.o.".
