Masonry work for the new construction of the Leibniz Institute for Regional Geography (IfL) in Leipzig: Construction of approximately 180 m² of shaft masonry (calcium silicate, 24 cm thick), approximately 21 m² of masonry for interior walls (calcium silicate, 11.5 cm thick, partly F90 fire protection), creation of approximately 40 openings in masonry (11.5 cm or 24 cm thick), bricking up approximately 82 openings after building services installation up to the annular gap, construction of 2 reinforced concrete foundations for pumps, approximately 65 core drillings of various diameters in masonry or reinforced concrete walls and ceilings, and creation or closing of approximately 24 wall or ceiling breakthroughs in reinforced concrete. The execution location is Windmühlenstraße 1, 04107 Leipzig. Execution begins on 23.10.2026, with completion on 19.08.2027. Suitability must be proven by self-declaration.
