Establishment and ongoing management of a mediation service: The tender will result in a framework agreement with mixed prices. The fixed-price component includes the establishment and ongoing management of the mediation service. The unit-price component covers additional hours worked by the mediation team agents. Complementary services are charged at unit prices based on the submitted price lists and actual quantities performed. These services will be subject to quotes and the issuance of purchase orders. The annual maximum amount for these complementary services is 50,000.00 Euros excl. VAT, with no minimum amount.
