Recording modules for 7 sources and 19 sinks are included. For a larger meeting room, a conference room system with 21 loudspeakers, a conference camera, microphone technology, and connection panels is specified. Additionally, 3 small conference systems for simple meeting rooms are defined. 26 monitors ranging from 24 to 98 inches are to be supplied, including wall mounts, mobile stands, or desk superstructures. The contract also covers audio cabling for the loudspeakers and media technology services.
