Medical Gauze
Supply of non-sterile medical gauze: Bales of 100 m length and 90 cm width, type 24a or 24b, made of 100% cotton, bleached, purified, white, odorless, absorbent, tear-resistant, lint-free, with reinforced edges, for hospital use. Technical specifications include thread count, breaking strength, minimum mass of ≥32 gr/m², pH value 4.5-8.2, maximum soluble substances in water and ether of 0.50 %, mass loss on drying below 8.6 %, no starch/dextrin, maximum 2 mm surfactants, no intense blue UV fluorescence, hydrophilicity max. 10 seconds. Sterilization behavior at 120 degrees for 20 minutes without yellowing or loss of physical properties. Packaging in plastic film, marked with manufacturer details, dimensions, lot number, manufacturing date, storage conditions, and CE marking according to SR EN 14079/2003 or equivalent. Validity 5 years from delivery. Minimum quantity under framework agreement: 15,000 units, maximum quantity: 120,000 units. Analysis reports according to SR EN 14079/2003 from an accredited laboratory must be submitted.
