Measurement services for cleanrooms, safety cabinets, and fume hoods: Execution of cleanroom measurements and maintenance and repair services for safety and fume cabinets. Measurements must be performed with calibrated instruments, and calibration certificates must be submitted with the measurement reports. The service must comply with the requirements of PIC/S and EU-GMP directives, as well as applicable Finnish laws and regulations. Measurements must adhere to standards EN12469 and EN 14644. Personnel must follow dressing and washing instructions in the cleanrooms of the hospital pharmacy, physiology, and isotope research unit, ensuring cleanroom conditions meet requirements. Measurement equipment must be cleaned before entering cleanrooms. In other responsible units, the respective instructions and requirements of the units must be followed. The contract period is a fixed two (2) years, followed by an indefinite period for a total maximum of five years.
