Steel construction for loggia/balcony towers with wooden planking: 3 x Type 1 from ground floor to 5th floor, 1 x Type 4 from ground floor to 5th floor, 4 x Type 1 from ground floor to 7th floor, 7 x Type 2 from ground floor to 7th floor, 6 x Type 3 from ground floor to 7th floor, 9 x Type 4 from ground floor to 7th floor. This results in approximately 164,600 kg metal construction, approximately 62,700 kg steel railings, approximately 1,800 m² wooden decking on loggias, approximately 780 m² underside fire protection cladding, approximately 280 m² metal roof construction at the highest point, tension cables as privacy screens. Steel structures and wooden lamellas for 2 pergolas on the roof areas with a total top view area of approximately 155.00 m², resulting in approximately 2,200 kg steel construction and approximately 6 m³ wooden lamellas (approx. 60/260 mm). Drainage via gutters and downpipes, workshop and assembly planning, static proofs.
