Interior fit-out services for the GCT_Inkubator sub-project on floors 3-5 of the Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies: scaffolding work including approx. 430 m³ area-oriented working scaffolding, approx. 36 m² planking for the top scaffolding layer, and approx. 100 m removal of additional scaffolding layers; metal construction work comprising 1 stringer staircase as a steel spiral staircase over 2 floors with intermediate and end landings, approx. 100 m² ceiling fascia cladding in 2 levels made of steel sheet panelling with steel substructure, approx. 38 m² glass railing unilaterally clamped according to DIN 18008, and approx. 47 m² light ceiling made of system components with LED lighting and fabric diffuser; painting work including approx. 214 m² primer coating for the steel spiral staircase and approx. 200 m² primer coating for the steel ceiling fascia cladding.
