Metal construction and locksmith works for the construction of two new four-storey accommodation buildings (Building 47 and Building 54) on the premises of the Marineunteroffizierschule in Plön: construction area Building 47 approx. 5,860 m², construction area Building 54 approx. 2,400 m². The buildings have overall dimensions of 57.70 m x 14.16 m, a 43° pitched gable roof, an eaves height of 10.50 m, and a ridge height of 17.10 m. Each building accommodates 81 single units. Execution is planned for approx. Q3 2026 to approx. Q4 2028, adhering to security regulations for military facilities. Exterior doors: 4 pcs. aluminum frame door (swing leaf, 1 side panel, WxH 2135x2800mm, Ud = 1 W/m²K), 6 pcs. aluminum door (fully filled, swing leaf, WxH 1135x2800mm, Ud = 1 W/m²K). Exterior windows: 168 pcs. aluminum windows (mullion leaf, WxH 1635x2000mm, Uf = 1 W/m²K), 12 pcs. aluminum windows (mullion leaf, WxH 1760x2000mm, Uf = 1 W/m²K), 4 pcs. aluminum windows (single leaf, WxH 885x2000mm, Uf = 1 W/m²K, insect screen), 4 pcs. aluminum post-and-rail facade (WxH 2385x9660mm, Ucw = 1 W/m²K, 15 elements, 13 fixed glazed, 2 tilt-and-turn, smoke extraction cross-section > 0.5 sqm), 188 pcs. aluminum exterior window sills. Interior doors: 18 pcs. aluminum frame door (swing leaf, 1 side panel, WxH 1760x2500mm, RS), 6 pcs. aluminum frame door (swing leaf, 1 side panel, WxH 1760x2500mm, EI2 90), 8 pcs. aluminum frame door (swing leaf, 2 side panels, WxH 2390x2500mm, EI2 30), 4 pcs. aluminum frame door (swing leaf, 2 side panels, WxH 2390x2500mm, RS), fittings, locks, hinges. Locksmith works: Static proof for railings, approx. 90 m stair railings (made of bars and belts, front-side mounting), approx. 150 m handrail (stainless steel), 6 pcs. fall protection for platform to facade, 2 pcs. lettering on exterior wall. Curtain wall: Facade statics, approx. 35 sqm aluminum curtain wall (plug-in panel, substructure, insulation, connections and finishes). Entrance canopy: 4 pcs. steel construction for entrance canopy (IPE, WxHxD 3500x3300x1500mm, connections, roof construction), approx. 90 sqm wall cladding (aluminum plug-in panel, substructure, connections and finishes), approx. 24 sqm ceiling cladding (aluminum plug-in panel, substructure, connections and finishes), roof cladding, drainage.
