Metal construction and locksmith works for the renovation and refurbishment of Gengenbach Town Hall: In the Town Hall, a staircase extension in the main staircase (2nd-4th floor) as a three-flight steel folded plate staircase with load-bearing stringers made of welded hollow sections, with railing and handrails (36 steps); an escape staircase as a steel folded plate staircase with load-bearing stringers made of welded hollow sections (15 steps); a leveling staircase as a steel folded plate staircase with load-bearing stringers made of welded hollow sections (8 steps); round steel handrails (approx. 6m); an impact protection 9kN for mounting an Advent calendar. In the intermediate building/basement, round steel handrails (approx. 21m) and a bar railing with handrail for the outdoor area (approx. 10m). In the building authority, two outdoor staircases made of two HEB180 beams with precast concrete steps; a bar railing for the outdoor area; a handrail with floor mounting for the outdoor area; a leveling staircase as a steel folded plate staircase with load-bearing stringers made of welded hollow sections (6 steps); a secondary staircase to the technical room (6 steps); a gridded door for the outdoor area (approx. 1.65x3.35m); and flood barriers for flood protection (approx. 1.05x2.85m).
