Metal Construction and Sun Protection Works for Social Building at Freising Bus Depot

Metal construction and sun protection works for the social building as part of the new construction of a bus depot with electric charging infrastructure in Freising: Technical processing, workshop and assembly planning, static proofs. Manufacturing and assembly of aluminum post-and-rail facades, windows, and doors. Facade elements as insulated three-chamber systems, large format up to approx. 32.25 m width and approx. 2.50 m height, with triple insulating glazing and solar control glass. Aluminum windows with connection seals and window sill covers. Aluminum door elements with glazing, thermally broken profiles, panic fittings, multi-point locks, and break-in protection class RC2, including a four-part entrance door system of approx. 4.00 × 2.50 m. Manufacturing of a suspended canopy with trapezoidal sheet metal roofs (approx. 69 m²), steel main and secondary beams (HEA- and IPE-profiles), tie rods, and drainage. Steel components with hot-dip galvanization (corrosivity category C4). Delivery, assembly, and commissioning of external facade awnings, electrically operated, in single units (1.20 m and 4.50 m width) and coupled systems (6.95 m and 10.40 m total width). Constructions from powder-coated aluminum profiles, covering with acrylic fabric (approx. 340 g/m²). Automatic weather control with wind and rain sensor system. Complete wiring, commissioning, adjustment, and functional testing.
