Metal Construction Works for Bildungscampus Naumburg

Metal construction works for the Bildungscampus Naumburg, including the manufacturing, delivery, and installation of elements for two sub-objects. Sub-object A (School building): Stair railings with approx. 150 m web plate made of coated steel sheet (height approx. 360 mm, thickness 15 mm, with spot welding to existing weld-on plates), approx. 150 m bar railing (infill flat bars 50/12 mm), approx. 310 m wooden handrails (waxed oak) with metal handrail support profile, approx. 430 pieces handrail supports for wall mounting; for gallery and foyer stairs approx. 44 m web plate made of angle sheet (coated steel sheet, height approx. 260/60 mm, thickness 10 mm), approx. 62 m bar railing (staggered bars, infill flat bars 20/20 mm), approx. 36 m wooden handrails (waxed oak), approx. 18 m metal handrail support profile; additionally 90 pieces corner protection angles (powder-coated, RAL color for exterior), 4 pieces door columns (partially with catch hooks), 7 pieces aluminum sheets for facade pillar cladding (thickness 4 mm, powder-coated, height 3,000 mm, development approx. 1,500 mm, RAL 1035), 92 pieces aluminum sheets for facade pillar cladding (thickness 4 mm, powder-coated, height 2,000 - 2,150 mm, development approx. 1,500 mm, RAL 1035). Sub-object B (Sports hall): Handrails with approx. 40 m made of wood (waxed oak) with metal handrail support profile, approx. 60 pieces handrail supports for wall mounting; platform railing with approx. 26 m web plate made of angle sheet (coated steel sheet, height approx. 250/80 mm, thickness 15 mm), approx. 26 m bar railing (staggered bars, infill flat bars 20/20 mm); tribune railing with approx. 42 m frame construction (web plate, bottom chord and posts box section 80x40x4 mm, top chord flat steel 40x15 mm, coated, height approx. 1,100 mm), approx. 42 m² stainless steel mesh infill, approx. 42 m handrail (waxed oak); additionally 72 pieces steel stirrup elements for bench supports (rust-proof primed), approx. 3 m² shaft cover with shaft frame (galvanized metal, grating or checker plate), 1 piece platform made of galvanized checker plate, 25 pieces corner protection angles (powder-coated, RAL color for exterior), 7 pieces door columns (partially with catch hooks), 7 pieces aluminum sheets for facade pillar cladding (thickness 4 mm, powder-coated, height 1,950 mm, development approx. 820 mm, RAL 1035).
