Metal construction works for the BKE extension building: exterior door systems (aluminum tubular frame doors, tubular frame panel doors, steel sheet doors), interior door systems (tubular frame doors, steel sheet doors), other door systems (all-glass, stainless steel, and HPL interior doors), interior windows and glass partition systems, walkable skylights (interior), sliding, rolling, and sectional gates. Maintenance services are also included. Contract duration 4 years. Service commencement no later than 12 working days after receipt of order letter, execution start on site February 2027, completion of essential assembly services February 2028, completion of services including participation in commissioning August 2028, with binding individual deadlines.
