Metal construction works for new fire station Rietberg

Metal construction and glazing works: Manufacturing and installation of all aluminum exterior doors, fire and smoke protection elements, and associated glazing. This includes 9 aluminum exterior door elements, partly with side panels and transoms, equipped with thermal insulation and barrier-free zero thresholds, panic fittings, multi-point locks, and high-quality stainless steel fittings. Furthermore, 5 interior fire and smoke protection elements in fire resistance classes T30 and T30-RS with corresponding fire protection glazing are to be executed. Additionally, an integrated mailbox system in the facade, aluminum reveal and lintel claddings, magnetic contacts for lock monitoring, and all connection, sealing, and assembly works are part of the scope. The execution also includes workshop and execution planning, static proofs, initial cleaning of all elements after completion, and inspection and maintenance of the fire doors during the warranty period.
