Microsoft License Renewal
Microsoft licenses: Continuation of a Microsoft Enterprise agreement for 36 months, presumably from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2029. Use of Microsoft software, including direct or indirect services, rights, and additional benefits/options according to technical specifications. Maintenance of existing and procurement of new Microsoft licenses to retain the benefits of the MBSA agreement. Maintenance of existing Microsoft products includes the continuation of usage rights and mandatory Software Assurance (SA) for the period from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2029. New additional on-premise Microsoft products will be procured via the 'Lic/SA' or 'TrueUp' model, including delivery, usage rights, and mandatory Software Assurance (SA). Permanent, uninterrupted, and unrestricted right to use acquired on-premise licenses (SA, Lic/SA, or TrueUp) during and after the Enterprise agreement term, without additional fees. Upon contract expiration, rights derived from Software Assurance and additional benefits cease. Additional benefits during the contract term: Right to new product versions upon availability, download of all on-premise products via the Microsoft web portal, free consulting services on licensing, optimization, and compliance, use of a specified quantity of MOC (Microsoft Official Curriculum) training for IT staff, and consulting services for the adaptation and implementation of Microsoft products and services. Quantities for training and consulting services are specified in the bill of quantities.
