Rental, Provision, Maintenance, and Daily Restocking of Connected Refrigerators for Collective Catering

Rental, provision, daily restocking, and maintenance of connected refrigerators: The refrigerators are equipped with a monetic system, accessible via a mobile application or a professional card with MIFARE technology, and intended for the collective catering of Val-de-Marne Department staff. This service complements the catering offers of the 4 administrative restaurants available to departmental staff. Currently, six connected refrigerators are distributed across two central sites in Créteil: the Solidarités building and the Hôtel du Département. Includes the supply and installation of equipment, food supply, management of stocks and expiry dates, preventive and curative maintenance, management of digital tools and payment methods, reporting and activity monitoring services, and communication and animation actions for agents. A product tasting for offer analysis is scheduled for Thursday, September 3rd at 12h. The contractor commits to organizing animation activities for agents benefiting from the connected refrigerator system.
