Rental and operation of visual and lighting technology equipment

Establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the rental and operation of visual and lighting technology equipment: The estimated total value of services to be ordered by the contracting authority during the 48-month operation period of the DPS is approximately net 2,500,000,000 Ft. There is no call-off obligation. The services include the following product categories: 1. Rental and operation of show technical lighting equipment, including various types (presumably Spot, Beam, Wash) and brands of moving head robot lights, as well as effect lighting devices (presumably LED Spot, LED Wash, LED Par, LED Bar, Tungsten type lamps). Technical operation, including on-site delivery, commissioning, supervision of operation, and dismantling of rented equipment, presumably requires 10-20 personnel per occasion. The estimated maximum value of individual contracts is at least net 40,000,000 Ft. 2. Rental and operation of LED walls with a surface area of presumably 50-400 m², with presumably 2.6 indoor or 4.8, 5.9, 7.8, 10.4 outdoor pixel pitch, optionally walk-on design for stage floors. Technical operation presumably requires 5-20 personnel per occasion. The estimated maximum value of individual contracts is at least net 70,000,000 Ft. 3. Rental and operation of LED wall moving and gate opening technology, and special effects equipment (fire, sparks, confetti, smoke, heavy smoke, CO2). Technical operation presumably requires 2-8 personnel per occasion. The estimated maximum value of individual contracts is at least net 20,000,000 Ft. 4. Rental and operation of quick-change (winch) motors and fast motors for performer lifting. Technical operation presumably requires 2-5 personnel per occasion. The estimated maximum value of individual contracts is at least net 10,000,000 Ft. 5. Rental and operation of lighting aluminum support structures (truss) and associated fastening and moving motors. Technical operation presumably requires 2-10 personnel per occasion. The estimated maximum value of individual contracts is at least net 10,000,000 Ft. Detailed technical parameters of the equipment will be provided during the tender phase. The contracting authority reserves the right to define specific technical content, quantities, and contractual terms for individual tenders within the DPS, and to allow for partial bids if necessary. The number of economic operators to be invited to participate or submit bids is not limited.
