Lease of 27 photocopiers for the Lublin District Prosecutor's Office and its subordinate regional prosecutor's offices: Ensuring full, constant operational readiness of the leased photocopiers during the contract term. The contractor bears the costs for depreciation, consumables (excluding copy paper), inspections and repairs (not due to the client's fault), spare parts, delivery and collection of photocopiers, service travel, and training of the client's employees. An option exists for the lease of up to 5 additional black-and-white photocopiers. The option can be exercised by the client's declaration up to a maximum of 3 months before the contract ends, either once or multiple times, with the lease price and per-page price remaining at the basic scope level.
