Supply of reagents and consumables and lease of analyzers and scanners for the Department of Genetics: Reagents for MLPA analysis, diagnostics, molecular biology, enzymes, diagnostic kits, isolation reagents, chemical reagents, sterile water, agarose for electrophoresis, reagents for genetics laboratories, reagents for immunogenetic selection, disinfection solutions, cell division stimulators, reaction probes, capillary kits, probes, specialized probes, NGS diagnostics and associated reagents, DNA quantification and analysis kits, sequencing kits, oligonucleotides, concentrated buffers, and immersion oil. Also included is the lease of an automatic scanning system for brightfield and fluorescence preparations with consumables (probes) and the lease of a microarray scanner with microarray kits. Specific reagents for fluorimeters (Qubit), sequencing devices (NextSeq 2000), and Illumina devices (Miseq and/or NextSeq 2000) are part of the contract. The exact specification is described in the assortment and price form (Appendix 2a to the SWZ).
