Rental of 84 multifunctional devices: Delivery to the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship Office in Olsztyn, its delegations in Elbląg and Ełk, the Voivodeship Team for Disability Assessment in Olsztyn, Elbląg, and Ełk, the Medical Dispatch Center in Olsztyn, and to the border crossings in Bezledy, Grzechotki, Gronowo, and Gołdap. The devices must be factory new, free of defects, unused, complete, technically sound, manufactured no earlier than 2026, including required drivers. Instruction for staff is required. Realization occurs in five stages for the years 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030, with the contracting authority having the option to withdraw from stages II to V due to lack of funds; further items as per the tender documents.
