Rental of multifunctional devices for the Croatian Institute for Social Work

Rental of multifunctional devices: Delivery, installation, configuration, and maintenance of new, unused devices owned by the bidder at the client's locations, according to technical specifications. The printing service includes delivery of devices, their maintenance and troubleshooting, supply of original toner and other original consumables and spare parts recommended by the manufacturer, excluding paper and machine staples. Continuous optimization of the printing fleet throughout the contract duration for optimal device utilization, depending on the print volume. Optimization is carried out in agreement with and subject to the client's approval. Disposal of used consumables free of charge for the client. The offered devices must be compatible with the print management software solution.
