Rental and operation of cranes for gangways at Zeebrugge Cruise Terminal: Placement, relocation, and removal of gangways (PoAB property) for each cruise call. Gangways are moved on the quay by forklift or truck depending on the type. A telescopic crane is used to connect and disconnect the gangway to the ship. During the stay, gangways may need to be moved depending on the tide. The service provider must provide sufficient riggers based on weather conditions; PoAB offers no assistance with lifting operations. The crane operator must be Dutch-speaking, possess the necessary certificates according to Belgian law, and remain present on the quay for the entire call. Working hours include day, night, weekend, and public holidays.
