Rental of machinery for deep recycling and in-situ crushing of mineral material

Rental of machinery for deep recycling up to 50 cm and in-situ crushing of mineral material with dimensions between 3.1 cm and 31.5 cm: The services involve the execution of cold recycling works where the existing road structure contains large-grained mineral material, requiring in-situ crushing prior to the actual recycling process. The provided machinery will be used in tandem with two recycling machines owned by DRDP Cluj. The estimated minimum value of the framework agreement is 222,000.00 Lei without VAT, and the estimated maximum value is 9,990,000.00 Lei without VAT. A minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 subsequent contracts will be awarded per year, with an estimated value ranging from 111,000.00 Lei to 3,052,500.00 Lei per subsequent contract. Minimum and maximum quantities are detailed in the tender documents/specifications. The total duration of the framework agreement is 24 months from its entry into force.
