Rental and maintenance of hotel linen and workwear for 4 CCAS Lyon nursing homes: Supply of articles conforming to samples, rental of flat linen and workwear, provision of an initial stock equivalent to approximately 2.5 rotations, delivery and collection including delivery within 24 hours for missing quantities, provision of all necessary material for pre-transport conditioning and transport, sorting of linen at the contractor's premises, washing, care, cleaning, treatment, disinfection of contaminated linen, drying, ironing, folding, conditioning and packaging, traceability of items, marking as defined in the CCTP, replacement of worn linen, replacement of linen with persistent, residual, or significant wear marks, mending of professional attire (buttons, snaps, zippers, hems, pockets, tears) and flat linen, return of non-conformities (e.g., residents' clothing, equipment), assistance with service implementation.
