Migration of the Plant Economics Support System (SWEZ) to a new version and support and consulting services

Migration of the Plant Economics Support System (SWEZ) to a new version (SWEZ3): Execution of the migration and production launch of SWEZ3, delivery of subscriptions with ITS cloud resources for migration, launch, and production operation, training services for SWEZ users, service desk support for SWEZ3 after production launch, and additional services. The contract duration is a maximum of 55 calendar months. The migration and production launch will occur within 27 calendar months from the contract start, with production start no earlier than 01.01.2029. The subscription service begins after 8 calendar months from the contract start and runs for a maximum of 47 calendar months, including 19 calendar months for the test/development environment and 28 calendar months for the production environment from the production start. Training services conclude no later than 14 calendar days before the SWEZ3 production start. Service desk support will be provided for 28 calendar months from the SWEZ3 production start (not before 01.01.2029). Additional services will be provided throughout the contract period as individually agreed.
