Employee consulting for company pension schemes (bAV) for Vivantes: Information for staff on salary conversion options, offered implementation methods and products, and general consulting. Vivantes employs 20,809 staff across 9 locations in Berlin; 19,071 employees currently lack company pension provision. An employee-financed company pension scheme in the form of salary conversion has been in place since late 2005, with two implementation methods available since July 1, 2016.
