Mobile Emergency Power Generator 630 kVA

Delivery of a fully functional, operational, tested, and road-legal mobile emergency power generator with a minimum electrical continuous output of 630 kVA in PRP operation, 400/230 V, 50 Hz, and cos phi 0.8. The unit includes a liquid-cooled diesel engine of EU emission standard Stage V with a minimum mechanical output of 500 kW, a brushless synchronous generator, a weather and sound-insulated canopy, a road-legal tandem chassis, a control system for automatic emergency power, island, and grid-parallel operation with automatic resynchronization, a cable drum system with cable sets, earthing and potential equalization devices, automatic fuel refilling, lighting, and accessories. The integrated diesel tank must have a geometric volume of at least 990 l and allow an operating time of at least ten hours at 75% of the PRP rated power. The sound pressure level must not exceed 68 dB(A) at 7 m distance at 75% PRP rated power. The scope of services also includes fuels and operating materials for handover, transport, factory functional and load test, commissioning support, formal acceptance, complete German-language documentation, and instruction of operating personnel.
