Service for the maintenance and support of Alcatel-Lucent-Enterprise (ALE) telecommunication systems and connected applications for the University Medical Center Mainz. The contract includes 2nd and 3rd level support as well as software assurance for three network nodes with a total of approx. 9,500 analog/digital extensions and approx. 1,400 DECT subscribers based on a Crystal hardware architecture. Inspection and Repair of Patient Aids and Carts

Review, maintenance and repair of patient aids, approx. 1460 bedside tables, 60 sterile goods trolleys and ladders, as well as the annual review of 56 permanently installed boards, 3 large boards and 20 mobile school boards for the University Medical Center Mainz. The contract also includes the contract-related production of special parts and small series made of stainless steel (material grades 1.4301, 1.4404, 1.4571) using TIG welding. The service focuses on safety-related inspection according to MPDG and DGUV regulations as well as manual repair during ongoing ward operations.
