Modernization of County Roads DJ152A, DJ151A and DJ151 in Mureș County, Phase I

Modernization of County Roads DJ152A, DJ151A and DJ151 in Mureș County, Phase I: Reconstruction of the road structure on DJ152A between km 1+015 and km 18+736, excluding km 9+353.5 to km 11+551.5. The new road structure includes the demolition of the existing structure, a 35 cm thick lower ballast foundation layer, a 25 cm thick cement-stabilized upper ballast foundation layer, and a 6 cm thick AB 22.4 base layer. After structural repairs, in-situ recycling with foamed bitumen and cement (minimum average thickness of asphalt layers), a 6 cm thick BAD 22.4 binder layer, and a 4 cm thick BA 16 wearing course will be applied. Also included are 10,450 m of sidewalks, rainwater drainage systems (15,310 m trapezoidal concrete ditches, 6,389 m drivable gutters, 398 m drivable gutters with shoulder, 258 m reinforced gutters, 2,478 m earth ditches, 1,884 m longitudinal drains, 22 transversal culverts type C2, 3 tubular culverts Φ800, 3 tubular culverts Φ600), 18 bus stops, 14,893 m of unidirectional bicycle paths with green surface and identical road structure (sections from km 1+015 to km 6+900 left/right and from km 17+175 to km 18+736.50 left/right), 77 lateral roads, 7 parking lots, 440 m of retaining wall on drilled columns, 970 m of continuous parapet foundation, 632 property accesses, and traffic safety measures (vertical and horizontal signage, 6,269 m road barriers, raised pedestrian crossings with resonant markings, red road paint, and solar-powered intermittent/asymmetric warning lights). Five existing bridges will be demolished and five new bridges constructed: over Beșa Stream (DJ152A km 1+285.40), over Cuiejd Stream (km 7+167.50), two over Berghia Stream (DJ152A km 8+316 and DJ152A km 11+088.70), and over Torent (DJ152A km 18+719). Relocation of telecommunication, water/sewer networks (via directional drilling under bridges and culverts), and 17,164 m of natural gas distribution networks is also part of the contract. The estimated total contract duration is 63 months, comprising 24 months for execution, 2 months for acceptance, a minimum 36-month warranty period, and 1 month for final acceptance. The estimated contract value is 134,732,120 RON without VAT.
