Modernization of Fundeni Transformer Substation

Procurement and installation of an AT3 400 MVA 220/110/10 autotransformer, and procurement and installation of the AT3 220 kV cell in AIS technology. The CL A-B 110 kV cell is extended with a busbar disconnector to ensure work safety during maintenance. Construction of 2 new masonry relay cabins at 220 kV level and 2 at 110 kV level. The 220/110/10kV command-control-protection and automation system is replaced with a new system compliant with Transelectrica NTI requirements. This also includes the replacement of the current local balance metering system with a new system compliant with Transelectrica NTI requirements, and the extension of the existing settlement metering system with the new AT3 energy exchange point. Implementation of an electrical energy quality analysis system compliant with Transelectrica NTI requirements, as well as a synchronous phasor measurement system and interzonal oscillation monitoring for the 220 kV Fundeni station. The new equipment is integrated into all Fundeni station systems and installations, including internal DC/AC services, ILP, outdoor lighting, and lightning protection. This also covers the procurement and installation of secondary DC/AC internal distribution service cabinets for the new masonry relay cabins. Related construction works include roads, landscaping, and environmental protection. The designed equipment is integrated into all existing station installations and systems, such as ILP, lightning protection system, atmospheric overvoltage protection system, storm drainage, and outdoor lighting. Technological tests and commissioning tests are planned, as well as design, engineering, testing, and training services for all work phases and categories as per the tender specifications.
