Modernization of SKM Gdańsk Zaspa Passenger Station

Design documentation and construction services for the modernization of SKM Gdańsk Zaspa Passenger Station: Preparation of design documents and other elaborations, obtaining necessary decisions and agreements, execution of construction works and author's supervision, implementation and commissioning of devices and systems, and handover of constructed objects for operation and use. The project will be realized under a Design and Build formula. Construction works include platform reconstruction, construction of an underground passage, construction of a platform canopy, modernization of the track surface, construction of a passenger lift, and installation of a photovoltaic system. The detailed scope of work is defined in the Functional-Utility Program.
