Modernization of the Wireless Data Transmission System

Modernization of the Wireless Data Transmission System: Implementation of new access infrastructure (RAN), modernization of distribution nodes (Switching/Power supply), expansion of the 5G core, delivery of end devices, a mobile measurement and service platform, and a local AI analytical station. The project also includes the dismantling and disposal of expiring LMDS systems. Implementation will proceed in three stages: radio planning, delivery, installation and commissioning of devices, and optimization and field tests. The offer must not include ICT products, services, or processes identified in a recommendation under Art. 33 para. 4 of the Act of July 5, 2018, on the national cybersecurity system as having a negative impact on the fundamental security interests of the state, or whose type has been classified as a high-risk supplier in a decision under Art. 67b para. 15 of the same Act. The scope includes: 1 Radio Planning, 18 Radio Network (RAN 5G) base stations (complete 3-sector with installation costs), 1 Dismantling of LMDS system, 18 Distribution nodes, 1 CORE 5G, 2 Virtualization servers, 1 ACS system, 1 Cybersecurity system modernization, 1 Mobile Service and Test Platform (Drive Test / Walk Test), 1 AI RAG Station (NOC/SOC), 1 Optimization and field tests.
