Modernization of a Selective Waste Processing Line in Zielona Góra

Modernization of a selective waste processing line: Design, supply, and installation of equipment for a waste sorting plant, including demolition of existing equipment, commissioning of devices, and training of operating personnel. The scope includes preparatory work, project documentation, material delivery, demolition of channel conveyors, sorting cabin, channel press, and sorting conveyors with support structure, disposal of dismantled equipment, site cleanup, necessary tests and measurements. Supply, unloading, and installation of technological equipment: single-shaft shredder for opening bags of selectively collected waste, ballistic separator, two optopneumatic NIR separators (two-part) with compressor station, two sorting cabins, Fe metal separator, nFe metal separator, channel baling press with perforator, reversible and channel transport conveyor system, bunker conveyors, sorting conveyors, storage boxes, ventilation/dust extraction system for the sorting installation (modernization of the existing system), support structures, platforms, escape ladders, complete visualization and control system, computer set with operator station, power supply for technological cabinets from the existing building distribution board, and power supply and control cabinets. Furthermore, it includes the renovation of the foreman's room, fire protection measures (e.g., fire alarm system), protective layers and anti-corrosion protection for steel elements, site cleanup after work, commissioning of the installation, training of the contracting authority's personnel in the operation of devices and technological installations, preparation of as-built documentation and documentation after completion of works. The contract is classified as a supply contract for machinery and equipment, with construction and installation works (demolition, assembly, electrical installations, fire protection adaptations) considered auxiliary. The goal is to adapt to BAT requirements, increase recycling rates, reduce landfill waste, automate the sorting process, enhance occupational safety, and optimize waste management costs.
