Modernization, Development, and Maintenance of 35mm.online Platform with AI Chatbot

Modernization, development, and maintenance of the 35mm.online platform with the implementation of a Film AI Chatbot: The platform forms a coherent IT environment for the presentation, search, sharing, playback, and management of the contracting authority's audiovisual and audio resources, including VOD/OTT content, audio materials (Fonoteka), materials for professional users (Katalog PRO), and future distribution channels (especially FAST channels). This includes a pre-implementation analysis (business processes, data, platform components, integration, migration, security, digital accessibility, AI Chatbot, maintenance, hosting, user requirements), the development of functional, technical, logical architecture, UX/UI, and system design for the web service, mobile apps, CMS, AI Chatbot, Fonoteka, Katalog PRO, and integration interfaces. The modernization of the 35mm.online web service is implemented (public/logged views, content library, detail pages, creator pages, collections, series modules, simple/advanced AI search, user account, registration/login/contact forms with validation/anti-spam, "Watchlist", newsletter management, web payments, help center, player). Furthermore, native Android and iOS mobile applications are delivered (integrated with the platform, user accounts/settings, playback, search, push notifications, offline download), and one logical Content Management and Platform Operation System (CMS) is implemented for managing content, metadata, publication, users, permissions, payments, products, reports, VOD materials, Fonoteka, Katalog PRO, and the configuration of selected platform elements. A multilingual Film AI Chatbot (at least Polish and English) is implemented to support VOD users in searching, discovering, recommending, and explaining platform resources. The Fonoteka (presentation, search, playback, management of audio materials) and Katalog PRO (for professional users, catalog presentation, screener access, PDF content list download, license inquiry/order basket) are modernized. Streaming mechanisms (live event, transcoding, DRM, geoblocking, CDN/origin, encoding profiles, playback, subtitles, audio tracks, audio description, 4K/UHD quality) are provided. Integrations with existing internal and external systems/services and data migration (data, content, metadata, user accounts, SSO, consents, payment history, subscription history) are planned. Tests, production launch, post-implementation stabilization, documentation handover, training, and the provision of warranty, start-up support, hosting, maintenance, and service for the contractually defined period are performed. The platform's architecture, data, and interfaces are prepared to support FAST channels or equivalent linear internet distribution channels. This project is part of "Cyfrowa rekonstrukcja i digitalizacja materiałów filmowych, cyfrowa edukacja filmowa z wykorzystaniem algorytmów AI oraz modernizacja i rozwój systemów cyfrowych do e-udostępniania zasobów filmowych WFDiF" (FERC.02.03-IP.01-0012/25).
