Modernization, extension, and consolidation of building sections C5 and C6: Creation of an EMC anechoic chamber with a height equivalent to two floors and R&D spaces on two levels; establishment of 13 laboratory rooms and personnel areas, including an EMC laboratory, an RF-microwave technology laboratory, a quantum optics laboratory, an opto-electronic fine mechanics laboratory, a thin-film sensor testing laboratory, a quantum communications laboratory, and a quantum key distribution (QKD) testing laboratory. Estimated contract value: 7,790,273.03 Lei net. Clarification requests are possible up to 18 days before the submission deadline, responses will be provided up to 11 days before the submission deadline.
