Design and execution of the modernization and construction of the mechanical-biological part of the wastewater treatment plant in Nowy Targ: ensuring an average daily flow of 21,000 m³/d and a population equivalent (PE) of 110,264. The scope includes design, construction works, commissioning, training, testing, handover for operation, and obtaining all necessary administrative approvals. Works must not impede the plant's operation. The investment covers the central and eastern areas of the wastewater treatment plant, including mechanical, biological, and sludge treatment lines, as well as associated infrastructure. Specific services include: modernization of the inlet channel with bypass construction; modernization of the main pumping station; modernization and expansion of the fine screen building with replacement of existing screens with panel-hook screens (6-8mm perforation), equipped with a press-washer and comminutor; modernization of grit chambers and sand separators with building renovation, installation/renovation of chain scrapers, new pumps for increased sand pulp, cover repair, valve replacement, new sand separators; modernization of existing primary clarifiers and expansion of the primary sludge pumping station with replacement of scrapers in rectangular clarifiers, wall renovation, bottom reprofiling, modernization of primary sludge discharge, expansion of the primary sludge pumping station, and installation of a fiber separator; construction of a second primary sludge gravity thickener; expansion of the biological part of the wastewater treatment plant with modernization and expansion of existing reactors, adaptation of SBR reactors to flow-through reactors, separation of dephosphatation, denitrification, and nitrification chambers, installation of slow- and medium-speed mixers, aeration grids, internal recirculation pumps, AKPiA (automation, control, measurement, and protection), alternating control system; construction of three secondary clarifiers equipped with surface and bottom scrapers, a float skimming system, and float pumps; an excess sludge pumping station consisting of an external recirculation system (3 operating + 1 standby pump) and a second system for discharging excess sludge to excess sludge thickeners (3 operating + 1 standby pump); secondary clarifiers equipped with a double-edged trapezoidal weir outflow channel; construction of a floating matter pumping station with a float tank (wet and dry chambers), the dry part equipped with two pumps directing float to the sludge part; modernization of the blower station with a new high-efficiency and energy-saving unit enabling flexible and intermittent operation with biological reactors and cooperation with existing blowers, renovation and replacement of compressed air pipelines, equipment with regulating dampers and compensating fittings, installation of air flow and pressure measurements on main air supply pipelines, adaptation of the control system; modernization of the digested sludge dewatering building with building modernization, replacement of dewatering equipment (after WKF) with decanter centrifuges, adaptation of all equipment to new devices, transport of dewatered sludge via conveyors for further processing (dryer); a new measurement system for treated wastewater; modernization and expansion of the dewatered sludge dryer; technological networks: expansion and modernization of water supply, technological water, heating, energy, sewage networks, other technological pipelines for raw sewage, sand pulp, fat, excess sludge, primary sludge, float pipelines, the wastewater treatment plant control system, and all other necessary networks; hermetization and deodorization: hermetization and deodorization and leading odors to filters, concerning the receiving station, inlet channel, and dryer.
