Modernization and expansion of the sports infrastructure for the municipal stadium in Grodzisk Mazowiecki: Demolition of the existing and construction of a new covered grandstand, including reinforced concrete structure, installation of seats and barriers, steel structure and roof covering, construction of sanitary, storm drainage, and water connections, room equipment including furniture and computers. Also, construction of sports infrastructure with internal and external finishing works, installation of sanitary systems (water-sewer, central heating with heat pumps, mechanical ventilation, storm drainage with retention tank, hydrant system, air conditioning), electrical and telecommunication installations (photovoltaic panels with energy storage), construction of a ticket office and deposit building, road works, technical infrastructure, and landscaping (fencing, greenery). The grandstand has a built-up area of 1,548.14 m², a usable area of 1,466.81 m², a cubature of 9,198 m³, and 2,014 seats with a variable number of floors starting from 1. The ticket office and deposit building has a built-up area of 40.77 m², a usable area of 28.53 m², a cubature of 122 m³, and 1 floor. The contract also includes obtaining all necessary approvals, opinions, and decisions, as well as securing the occupancy permit for the facility by the contractor on behalf of the client.
