Modernization and Equipment of Infrastructure at IPCZD: Comprehensive modernization and adaptation of premises for the Department of Otolaryngology, Audiology, and Phoniatrics at the 'Pomnik – Centrum Zdrowia Dziecka' Institute (IPCZD) using a 'Design-and-Build' procedure. This includes the development of a functional and utility program (PFU) as a basis, the design and execution of adaptation works, the creation of complete project documentation, obtaining necessary permits, and conducting work acceptance. The project is realized within the Medical Fund and must consider aspects of accessibility for people with disabilities and social aspects of employment.
