Modernization and Maintenance of an Integrated Monitoring System for the Bulgarian-Turkish Border
Delivery, installation, and integration of equipment, planning, and construction of 5 sensor lines (SL) of approx. 30.4 km for monitoring sections of the Bulgarian-Turkish border; expansion of 1 Regional Coordination Center and the LKC Elhovo, as well as modernization of the LKC Svilengrad by relocating it to new premises in the same building, including integration of the stationary technical observation post (SPTN) „Krusta“ into the integrated monitoring system (ISN 1). This also includes post-warranty maintenance of the integrated monitoring system (ISN 1) for the Bulgarian-Turkish border in the section from Kapitan Andreevo border crossing to Lesovo border crossing, covering the remaining elements of ISN 1 not part of the newly built 5 SLs: 21 perimeter signal and security systems (6 along the Maritsa River and 15 in depth), 7 stationary technical observation posts (SPTN), 2 local coordination centers (LKC), 1 regional coordination center (RKC), 5 mobile monitoring systems (MSN), and a communication system connecting all built elements. Also included are staff training for operation, servicing, and administration of the equipment, and execution of warranty maintenance.
