Modernization of lighting in the DGUV Academy in Dresden, Buildings 1 and 3: Replacement of existing luminaires (mercury-containing compact fluorescent lamps, fluorescent tubes T8 and T5, high-pressure metal halide lamps) with new LED luminaires with an efficiency of at least 120 lm/W. Energy optimization of lighting control, e.g., through motion detectors. Standardization of luminaire types for the entire campus. Separation of safety lighting from general lighting by separate emergency light circuits and new safety luminaires. Addition of further safety luminaires for particularly prominent areas (fire extinguishers, escape route plans) and one outdoor luminaire at each building entrance. Product binding for safety lighting systems to INOTEC. Compliance with standards DIN EN 12464-1, ASR 3.4, ASR 2.3, ASR 3.4-7 for illuminance, uniformity, and glare; further items as per the tender documents.
