Modernization of Heat Sources, Photovoltaics, and BMS for National Oncology Institute Gliwice Buildings

Comprehensive modernization of heat sources, installation of photovoltaic systems, and an energy management system (BMS) in the buildings of the National Oncology Institute in Gliwice to improve energy efficiency. Services include conducting ex-ante and ex-post audits, securing financing for the investment part, preparing complete project and execution documentation including an energy audit and necessary permits, carrying out all construction and installation works with technological startup, and monitoring, controlling, and programming heating and electrical systems for energy consumption optimization over the contract period. The contract duration is 7 years, including a maximum 2-year investment phase and a 5-year management phase. A detailed scope of thermal modernization and construction works, technical solutions, financing model, remuneration rules, and risk allocation will be determined in the tender documents through a competitive dialogue. A site visit will take place on 07.08.2026 at 10:00 AM.
