Modernization of Heat Sources, Photovoltaics, and Energy Management System (BMS) for Buildings of the National Oncology Institute in Gliwice

Complex modernization of heat sources, installation of photovoltaic systems, and an energy management system (BMS) to improve energy efficiency in the buildings of the National Oncology Institute in Gliwice. The contract includes conducting ex-ante and ex-post audits, providing financing for the investment phase, preparing complete project and execution documentation including energy audit and necessary permits, performing all construction and installation works with technological start-up, and monitoring and controlling energy consumption to achieve savings. Remuneration is linked to achieved energy savings and the provision of maintenance services. The EPC contract duration is 7 years, comprising a maximum 2-year investment phase and a 5-year management phase. A site visit is scheduled for 07.08.2026 at 10:00 AM.
